When the Veil Seems Thin

Last night, I had a restless sleep filled with odd images of friends laughing uncontrollably, their words slurred and steps unsteady.
It reminded me of how sometimes in our daily lives we all carry hidden worries beneath the surface, masked by smiles or distractions.
Maybe it’s a nudge to check in on those close to us—to listen more deeply, even when everything seems fine at first glance.
Life’s little blurred moments can be reminders that we’re all fragile in some way.
It makes me appreciate these quiet corners where I find peace after busy days.
