Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are established to regulate the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by dream memory (hereinafter referred to as "the site"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and the site.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Member refers to a person who has registered as a member on the site.
  2. Service refers to all functions and services provided by the site, including community features and AI-based image and text generation features.
  3. Email refers to the email address provided during membership registration.

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

  1. Membership registration is processed according to the site's registration procedures, and members must agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date, and membership may be restricted if false information is provided.

Article 4 (Membership Withdrawal)

  1. Members can request withdrawal at any time through the site's withdrawal procedures.
  2. When the withdrawal request is processed, all member information will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 5 (Email Collection and Use)

  1. The site uses the email collected during registration for service provision and guidance delivery.
  2. Members can withdraw their consent to receive emails at any time, and this may restrict service use.

Article 6 (Service Use)

  1. Members can use the services provided by the site and must comply with relevant laws and these terms when using the services.
  2. AI-based image and text generation features are provided at the member's request, and the member is responsible for the generated content.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Interruption)

  1. The site may change the content and provision method of the service, and will notify members in advance in such cases.
  2. When service interruption is unavoidable, the site may interrupt the service after prior notice.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The site is not liable for damages caused by service use, except in cases specified by law.
  2. Members are responsible for all content they create.

Article 9 (Terms Changes)

  1. The site may change these terms as needed, and the changed terms will take effect when posted on the site.
  2. Members can stop using the service and withdraw if they do not agree to the changed terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

  1. These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the court having jurisdiction over the site's headquarters.
