When Old Worries Resurface

Sometimes, the smallest things can bring back old fears.
Today, just thinking about someone struggling with an illness reminded me of my younger days when health concerns loomed large in our family.
It’s amazing how life brings these memories back in the most unexpected ways.
Now, as I go about my chores and community activities, I’m reminded to cherish each moment and take good care of myself and loved ones.
