Sickle Wielding Nightmare

Last night was wild, I had a dream where I was
farming with a sickle, but then things took a dark turn.
I ended up slicing my hand accidentally!
The pain felt so real.
I woke up in a cold sweat, feeling super anxious and imagining all the blood.
Is this some kind of sign?
Or just my subconscious throwing me curveballs?
Kinda freaked out but also curious about what it means...
Anyone else ever had dreams like this?
