Shattering glass or shattering hopes?

Today’s quick break from reality was all about a fleeting argument with a glasses-wearing stranger in the cafe.
It’s funny how tiny disagreements can suddenly feel so huge, even if they’re over something silly like the last slice of cake or who cut in line.
Sometimes I wonder if everyone is just fighting their own inner battles, projecting them onto innocent people around us.
As much as I try to stay positive, these little moments remind me how fragile our peace really is—especially when life keeps throwing curveballs and job prospects stay just out of reach.
But hey, at least I got a good story to tell later!
