Unexpected Celebration

Today I saw my friend finally land the job she’s been dreaming of for years.
It hit me how rare genuine joy is these days; just a simple smile from her made me forget all my worries for a moment.
We toasted with coffee at our favorite cafe, and I couldn’t help but feel proud even if I’m still lurking in the depths of uncertainty myself.
Life keeps throwing curveballs, but maybe seeing her succeed is a tiny reminder that good things can happen, right?
Just wishing I had more reasons to celebrate like this myself someday.
