Feeling Like a Mummy in My Dream

Last night, I had the craziest dream where I was all wrapped up like a mummy!
Bandages were super tight around my face, and I couldn’t see a thing.
It felt strangely claustrophobic yet oddly comforting?
Weird combo, right?
I kept trying to scream for help but all that came out was muffled sounds.
Maybe it's my brain saying I'm feeling overwhelmed lately?
Or perhaps it's just another reminder of how much I need self-care!
Anyone else ever feel trapped in their own dreams like this?
Btw, is there some deep meaning behind this or just random sleep madness?
