Feeling like I'm living a metaphor

Last night, I had this bizarre dream

where a swallow was struggling to stay afloat.
Water all around, and it just couldn’t escape.
For some reason, it hit me hard.
Am I drowning in my own worries?
I mean, life’s been overwhelming lately—work stress and all that jazz.
I woke up feeling anxious and oddly introspective.
Could the little bird be a sign for me?
Like, I need to regain control before it's too late?
Just felt the urge to share this surreal moment with you all—does anyone else have dreams that haunt them like that?
