When Loved Ones Appear Frail

Today, I found myself worrying over how quickly our parents seem to age.
It’s those quiet moments at home when you notice a slight cough or slower steps that really tug at your heart.
We spend so much time caring for the household and others, but sometimes it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed thinking about their health.
I guess that’s why the dream felt so vivid—it stirred up all those feelings of love mixed with helplessness.
