What if I Became a Detective Overnight

Last night I dreamt I was a police officer, sitting across from a nervous suspect in the dim light of the interrogation room.
My heart pounding with the thrill and pressure, I wondered if I could really do this in real life.
Sometimes, I feel so lost in my job and daily routine that imagining these roles makes me realize how much more there is to learn about confidence and handling people.
Maybe someday, I'll look back on these dreams as lessons learned in patience and grit.
