Life with a Twist: Love in the Time of Illness

So, I had this wild dream last night.
I was deeply in love with someone suffering from a terminal illness.
It felt so real, like every moment mattered.
We laughed, cried, and even had our silly fights over who'd watch what on Netflix.
But knowing their time was limited added this twist of urgency to everything we did.
I woke up with such a mixed bag of emotions – sadness for their fate but also gratitude for those fleeting moments we shared.
