Why Did My Foot Choose the Water Today?

This morning, as I sat sipping tea, my foot started to ache something fierce.
Made me think how often we ignore these little signals our bodies send until they really shout at us.
Soaking feet in warm water might seem trivial, but it’s such a simple comfort that can turn a foul mood around.
Sometimes all we need is that small act of kindness for ourselves amidst the chaos of daily chores and noisy kids running around.
