The hidden strength of small moments

Today, while taking a quick break, I watched my youngest son play quietly by himself.
It struck me how much these simple moments—just him laughing or focusing so hard—carry so much meaning.
Being a dad in my 50s isn’t always easy; juggling work and family leaves little time for such peace.
But these glimpses remind me why it’s all worth it, even when exhaustion hits hard.
