Buried Beneath: What Could It Mean?

Today, while doing the laundry, I caught myself daydreaming about feeling trapped or weighed down by life's little worries.
Sometimes, it feels like we're just lying there, overwhelmed by responsibilities and unable to move forward.
Maybe it's a sign I need to take a break and breathe a little easier.
It's funny how our minds mix simple daily stress with bigger fears without telling us directly.
